Shipping & Delivery Policy
When you place an order with Joy Market Botique, we process it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day, while those placed after are dispatched the next working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Metropolitan cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier‑2 cities (Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow): 5–7 business days
- Tier‑3 towns and remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are ₹49 for orders below ₹1,500. If your order total reaches ₹1,500 or more, shipping is free. We partner with reliable couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure timely delivery. Tracking information is updated in real time; you can view the status on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier issues), we will notify you via email or SMS and provide an updated delivery estimate. In case of a wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can correct it. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address and you cannot retrieve it, we recommend filing a claim with the courier.
