If you’re not completely happy with your purchase from Joy Market Botique, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We’ll also need a clear photo of the item and the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Returnable items: All clothing, accessories, and footwear that meet the condition above.
- Non‑returnable items: Sale items, personalized or custom orders, and items marked as “final sale” on the product page.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked courier and keeping the receipt; we’ll reimburse the shipping fee once the return is received and inspected.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days. If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
