Returns & Refunds We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, tags, and packaging. How to return: 1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. 2. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or share return instructions. 3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: innerwear and items marked "non-returnable" cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible.
